After-Hours Drop-Off Protocol
How to Drop Off Your Vehicle
Park your vehicle in one of the designated spots near the front entrance. If no spots are available, please park in front of the shop doors. Do not block another car. Locate the key drop envelopes, which are mounted on the wall to the right of our main service door. Simply place your keys in an envelope, ensure it is sealed, and slide it through the secure slot in the front door.

Place your ignition key and any remote fobs inside the provided envelope at the secure drop box site.

Ensure you've completed the drop-off form with your current phone number and a brief description of the service needed.

Locking Bolt
If your vehicle has locking wheel bolts, please leave the key tool in the center console so we can proceed with service.
After-Hours Pickup Instructions
1. Complete Transaction
Prior to pickup, please ensure your invoice is settled via text payment link or via phone. Keys for payments made after 5pm will not be left until the following business day.
2. Receive Secure Code
Once payment and ID are verified, we will text you a 4-digit security code and a specific box number where your keys will be safely stored in our pickup box.
3. Key Retrieval
Visit the 'After-Hours Pickup' station adjacent to our service door. Enter your code into the dial keypad and retrieve your keys from the designated box.
